Explainable, controlled optimization.
AdHelm is built for teams who want AI intelligence without a black box. This page explains how the product stays reviewable, how automation is controlled, and how we align with responsible platform usage.
Visibility first
Audit and recommendations are designed to be readable by non-ads specialists, with clear plain-English reasoning.
Control modes
Off / Assist / Autopilot let teams choose how changes happen. Autopilot is opt-in and intended to be earned progressively.
Undo is part of the workflow
Supported actions are captured with rollback metadata so teams can reverse changes without panic.
How changes happen
The system is designed around a simple loop: connect, audit, recommend, preview, apply, and log. If you want, you can run entirely in Off mode and use the audit + recommendations without automated changes.
Connect with permission
Link your Google Ads account via OAuth. You can disconnect at any time.
Instant audit
A 90-day audit surfaces wasted spend, fit gaps, and ranked quick wins.
Preview + explain
Recommendations include reasoning and confidence labels so the team can understand tradeoffs.
Apply safely
In Assist mode you approve changes. In Autopilot mode the system follows guardrails and run caps.
Log + undo
Actions are logged and supported changes can be rolled back.
Data & privacy
We use OAuth for access, follow least-privilege principles, and keep data scoped per tenant. Do not send protected health information (PHI) into AdHelm.
HIPAA posture: AdHelm is designed for advertising and operational workflows, not clinical record storage. Do not use AdHelm to collect or store medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment details. If your organization requires a formal BAA or HIPAA-specific controls, contact us before rollout.
Platform responsibility
AdHelm is designed to support responsible optimization. We do not provide tools intended to bypass ad platform policies (for example cloaking or circumvention). Customers remain responsible for their ads and claims.
